We provide catering and event management services including corporate canteens, wedding catering, private events, and cafeteria management. All services are confirmed via written agreements or purchase orders — quotes are estimates only and subject to final confirmation.
2. User Conduct
Use this site responsibly: no illegal activity, spam, or unauthorised scraping.
Any content you share with us (event details, photos, requirements) remains yours.
We may use event photos for portfolio purposes with your approval.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, and branding is the property of VK Event Management. You are granted a limited licence for personal use only — no resale or commercial exploitation is permitted.
5. Payments & Cancellations
Services are charged as per the agreed quote or purchase order. Advance payments are non-refundable after services have been initiated or ingredients/staffing have been arranged. Cancellation terms will be specified in your individual service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide services with due care and professionalism. We are not liable for indirect damages, losses arising from third-party suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
